A Prayer for "my Bucca"

So Bucca is my mom's dad. Bucca is the name that I used to call him when I was little. Where it came from no one knows. But Bucca has been sick for way longer than is fair. But yesterday morning he suffered a pretty awe full stroke, on his left side. he stayed the night in ICU, to keep close look on him. they were suppose to move him to the main floor sometime today. Mom hasn't called to say that anything bad, so all must be good. (Ok, maybe not good, but better.) I will try to keep this updated the best that I can.
But if you could say a prayer, that would mean the world to my family and I. Thank you!

Happy Halloween!!!

We hope that everyone had a safe and happy Halloween! And made sure that your kids brushed their teeth last night! j/k j/k We sure enjoyed our selves! but I think Scott had too much fun!
Get it?! it's a Scotty dog and I married a Scotty?! Kinda lame. I know. I made my poodle skirt myself! and it took me a few days! which is amazing cause most of my sewing projects take me a few tries, if not a few weeks! But I still needed help from my mom via picture texts. and help from Scott too! to help me unscramble it and make it, make since to me! But I had it done in a matter of three days! Go Me! Ten Points!

Scott has a really good looking leather jacket that would of gone nice, so we could of been a 50's couple together, straight from the soda fountain! But he decided that he'd rather be a Zombie. I said "great! but your doing your own makeup!" and he did! and He did a pretty awesome job I might add! Between his makeup, our candy bowl, Rocky, and the flaming-pumpkin-head-scarecrow in the front yard. I don't know which one scared the neirbooh kids more?!

Every year Scotts' parents callenge all of us, (kids, daughter-in-laws, and grandkids) to do a pumkin carving contest. Scott and I, have it easy cause we don't have, to help any kids carve their own. So Scott kinda goes all out! (kinda being an understatement!) We had people we've never even met, coming and taking pictures of it, and with it! (while we were outside)

We have a video of it, that a neighbor friend helped us with, (thanks again Matt and Crystal!) . . . but I'm having technical problems, and can't even find it! but hopefully when Scott gets home this evening, he can help me out.

silly dog

Here are the other two funny video's, that I shot of Rocky that same night. They're pretty hilarious!

I don't know if you saw in this video. But he launches from like the fourth step!

And in this one, Scott gets him all wound up, and Rocky tries to launch himself from a higher step, and loses it! ha ha ha!

Rocky's first bath, and first bump

We gave Rocky his first bath and put Scott's new wash tub to some good use! We came back inside and were just playing around. We got quiet a laugh out of this one, and I have two more where that came from! but we'll start with one and see how it goes. Enjoy!

We have some news!!!

We have officially started a family! ha ha you wish I was pregnant! but sorry to say that i'm not. Not yet. But we do have a little boy! He is a year old, his name is "Rocky". He is a Havanese, it's part of the Bichon family. He is only nine pounds and he is fully grown for the most part, he probably won't get much bigger. His hair is really short right now, (they say that it's suppose to be kept longer.) the owner that we got him from took him into Pet-smart, and the groomer there butchered him! she said that his coat was really unevenly cut, and they had even nicked his legs! they had cut it so short! But He doesn't NEED to be groomed because, he is hypo allergenic so he won't shed!

the owner's did an awesome job with him! Rocky is potty trained! And knows his basic commands like "sit" "stay" "come" and "kennel up"! Havanese are suppose to be easily trained, so Scott has some big plans for this little guy!

isn't he cute!
Scott's new buddy!
We are both really excited to have this little guy in our life's'! And hope to make many memories with him too!

ok. . . it's time, I know.

k so I might not be brave enough just yet to put another picture on. But did you see! I took my friend Merri's advice and I found my post on our Vegas trip! Yeah! So thanks Merri! And Merri just so your warned, I'll be coming to you for all my blogging worries!

But what to write about?! it's been plenty of time, I should have oodles to blog about right?! Well I'll give it my best

Well, I got a mini makeover from a good friend, at the end of August! I am now a redhead with bangs!

And right after that Scott and I took off on a very fun and memorable vacation to his home town Spokane. And of coarse go and see his parents! Denise is the one who took these awesome pictures! so we could better remember our fun trip up there! Thanks Denise!

We went cliff jumping off of Tubbs hill into lake cour'd Alene! The Lake water wasn't all that cold which was awesome! I jumped twice, and I was done. Scott jumped about five times! and Dan (scott's dad) Jumped too! Also we went snorkeling at the beach that we were at as well. We had a blast that day!

We also went on a "hot date" to the resort there on lake Cour'D Alene they have a nice restaurant there that over looks the lake and you can watch the sunset! it was all sorts of romantic! they also have these HUGE sundaes there! which is kind of the whole reason why we went! ha ha! so we shared dinner and a sundae and we still didn't have room to finish it!

We took a day trip up to Sand Point ID. And for part of Scott's birthday, Dan and Denise bought us all tickets for a boat ride on Lake Pend Orellie! what a blast! we walked along downtown and went in a shop or two. And went up the road a little bit, to Hope Idaho. which is where you are suppose to be able to feed deer, but now it's against the law. go figure. But we didn't let that ruin our fun, we still had a fun day!

We also decied that we needed an update of pictures of us, and Denise gladly took some of us! thanks again Denise!

Well I think I have overcome my fear! Ok, but I must confess. that I still got pretty upset when my pictures where taking to long to download. I had to call Scott in to help me. But a least I know now, how to find my posts, and that all is not lost!

Thanks for all your kind words and much needed support, in me trying to figure out the blogging world!
