I don't know if you saw in this video. But he launches from like the fourth step!
And in this one, Scott gets him all wound up, and Rocky tries to launch himself from a higher step, and loses it! ha ha ha!

He has gotten more brave since then. He leaps off the 5th step up now. Its hilarious!

oh! too funny!!! Scott- this really reminds me of watching TOBY- the running thing...the leaping- It is easy too to see the BICHON in Rocky! cousins...for sure!! (Love listening to you too laugh and enjoy him!!)
